Ordering or ordered a new caravan? Feel you need assistance? This package could be for you.
This package is designed to help the process of your build, from design to practicality and what questions to ask to handover day.
We are there to thoroughly inspect the caravan, inspect for any defects and ask any of them tricky questions.
We believe a true tare weight check to be completed before your personal belongings are loaded in. This could also help sort any compliance issues sooner.
This package includes
After purchasing your new caravan, your first service is due in 3 months or 1000ks. We believe this may be the most important service to have completed, it’s been proven time and time again that manufacturers can fall on this if it’s not completed.
Weigh of your Vehicle and Trailer will make sure you are safe and legal on the road, after 3 months this should also be a good indication on what is needed for you and your travels.
This is also the perfect time to get a wheel alignment, this will ensure your caravan is tracking behind your vehicle straight and correct, earlier you do this the better to decrease tyre/suspension wear.
This package includes
When looking after your caravan correctly you should have it serviced every 12 months or 10000ks. This ensures years of safe travelling and longevity of your caravan, we believe when your caravan has independent suspension you should also get a caravan wheel alignment check done at the same time.
